We are seeking a full-time Accounting Clerk to join our Business Law team in the Vancouver office. 


The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Assisting with Trust
  • Reconciliations and Financial analysis
  • Processing account receivable write-offs
  • Processing Agent invoices
  • Assisting with various tasks within department 


  • Ability to communicate effectively with other Firm members, with the aptitude to take care of client needs in a professional and courteous manner
  • Capacity to work independently, as well as in a team environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail and sense of urgency under tight timelines
  • Ability to prioritize and to redefine priorities when necessary
  • Knowledge of MS office
  • Law firm or professional services experience would be considered an asset.
