Gowling WLG advises Canada Jetlines on offering and listing transaction with ultra low-cost airline carrier

On March 1, 2017, Canada Jetlines Ltd. announced the closing of its business combination with an ultra low-cost airline carrier.

In addition, on February 14, 2017, Canada Jetlines announced the closing of offering of subscription receipts for gross proceeds of approximately CDN$7.0 million.

Canada Jetlines will operate as Canada’s first ultra low-cost airline carrier.
