On July 14, 2017, Clean Harbors Environmental Services, Inc. completed its acquisition of Lonestar West Inc. The value of the transaction is CDN$43-million.

Lonestar West is an HVAC service provider.

Clean Harbors is North America’s leading provider of environmental, energy and industrial services.
