On April 3, 2017, Newell Brands Inc. completed the sale of its Rubbermaid consumer storage totes business to United Solutions, Inc. for an undisclosed amount.

United Solutions is a supplier of plastic products for the home and office.

Newell Brands is a leading global consumer goods company with a strong portfolio of well-known brands, including Paper Mate, Sharpie, Elmer's, Coleman, Oster, Sunbeam, Rubbermaid and Yankee Candle.
