Gowling WLG advises Terraco Gold Corp. on $24.6-million transaction

On June 16, 2016, Terraco Gold Corp. completed a cross-border sale of its Moonlight Project in Nevada and convertible debenture transaction with Solidus Resources, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Waterton Precious Metals Fund II Cayman, LP. The total value of the transaction was CAD$24.6 million, or US$19 million.

Concurrently with the transaction, Terraco exercised certain royalty options it holds over the Spring Valley Project in Nevada.

Terraco is a junior mining company with a gold royalty and asset portfolio, currently focused largely on or around Spring Valley.
