On August 26, 2015, the Superior Court of Québec approved the sale of the company’s assets to Novatech Group Inc.

The firm advised Novatech with respect to this acquisition with a team that included Robert Dorion and Rafal Wrzesien (corporate/M&A), and Patrice Benoit and Geneviève Cloutier (insolvency).
