Pfingsten Partners portfolio company completes cross-border acquisition of Sure Grip Controls

On February 2, 2015, Bailey International, a portfolio company of Pfingsten Partners, completed its cross-border acquisition of Sure Grip Controls.

Tennessee-based Bailey International is a mobile fluid power components manufacturer and distributor. British Columbia-based Sure Grip is a designer and manufacturer of joysticks, control grips and controllers for use on forestry, construction and other mobile hydraulic equipment.

The firm was Canadian counsel to Pfingsten Partners in this acquisition with a team that included Christopher Bardsley, Ian Palm, Michael Macaulay and Scott Ferguson.
