Pointe-Saint-Charles rail maintenance project reaches financial close

On June 26, 2015, a consortium including Fiera Axium, Pomerleau and Johnson Controls reached financial close on the $215.5 million Pointe-Saint-Charles rail maintenance project in Montréal, Québec. The new facility will be used to maintain the rolling stock running on Canadian National tracks.

Gowlings advised Johnson Controls with respect to this project with a team that included Darryl Brown, Irene Chang, Alexandre Sami, Katie Higgins and Ali Amadee.
