Samuel, Son & Co. amends credit facility with lenders

On November 21, 2013, Samuel, Son & Co., Limited, as Borrower, entered into an amended and restated credit agreement with Bank of Montreal, as Agent, and Bank of Montreal, The Bank of Nova Scotia, JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A., Toronto Branch, Export Development Canada, Comerica Bank, Royal Bank of Canada, HSBC Bank Canada and Wells Fargo Bank N.A., Canadian Branch, as Lenders.

Gowlings advised Samuel, Son & Co. in the negotiation of this agreement with a team that included Robert Hull, Leila Burden Nixon, Mark McHughan, Marie-France Béland, Kelby Carter and student-at-law Lauren Enquist.
