The Riverside Company invests in Arrowhead Electrical Products

On September 1, 2015, The Riverside Company (“Riverside”) announced that it had invested in Arrowhead Electrical Products (“AEP”), a leading supplier of non-discretionary, mission-critical, aftermarket replacement parts for a wide variety of motorized vehicles.

Based in Minnesota, AEP has seven distribution centers in North America, one in the UK, and sourcing offices in India and China.

Riverside is a global private equity firm focused on acquiring and investing in growing businesses valued at up to $300 million.

Gowlings advised Riverside on Canadian aspects of this transaction with a team that included Jonathan Behar and Catherine Graham.
