Patrick Duxbury, a partner in the firm's London office, was recognized as one of the U.K.'s top practitioners in the healthcare and life sciences sector. "Mr. Duxbury is responsive, 100 per cent reliable and proactive," said one client. "He is open to pushing the boundaries and thinking creatively, going beyond market terms," added another.
Anita Nador was also recognized for her work in healthcare and life sciences, and was named one the sector's leading professionals in Ontario. In their feedback, clients praised Nador's "extensive depth of industry knowledge and expertise" and highlighted her timely devotion to clients: "The quality of her legal advice is outstanding; she considers strategic issues such as timing and cost in all her recommendations," said one client.
Dan Polonenko was named the leading patent service provider in Alberta. His clients lauded his "vast knowledge of the IP environment" and personal investment in their success. "Mr. Polonenko's interest is in seeing the client succeed," wrote a client. "His business expertise allows him to relate to challenges and provide excellent context, which makes his advice all the more valuable."
