Workplace investigations can pose serious legal, financial and reputational risk to any organization if not conducted properly, with tact and professionalism. Indeed, for HR professionals and in-house counsel who must frequently manage this delicate process, there is little margin for error.

To help you navigate these situations effectively, we invite you to register for our exclusive Employment, Labour and Equalities masterclass focused on the critical investigation skills that every organization needs to have in its arsenal.

Over the course of the day-long, in-person event, our seasoned employment lawyers will walk you through each step of a workplace investigation, providing practical tips and legal risk-management strategies along the way. Attendees will then have the opportunity to put their learning into practice through interactive tabletop exercises based on real-life scenarios. They will also receive practical materials that can be used to conduct future workplace investigations.

Attendees will be offered a light breakfast, snacks and lunch.

Space is limited so please RSVP by March 26 to reserve your spot.
