AISG acquires controlling interest in South Breeze

On December 21, 2023, Aviation Integrated Services Group ("AISG"), a leading air carrier line and maintenance company headquartered in Mexico, announced the acquisition of a controlling interest in BC-based South Breeze Aviation.
