Aura Minerals becomes sole owner of Borborema gold project in Brazil

On August 30, 2023, Aura Minerals Inc. (TSX: ORA) (B3: AURA33) (OTCQX: ORAAF) ("Aura") acquired from Dundee Resources Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Dundee Corporation, the remaining 20% equity interest in Borborema Inc., in exchange for a net smelter royalty of 1.50% on the first 1,500,000 oz of gold sold, and 1.00% on the next 500,000 oz of gold, up to 2,000,000 oz of gold. 

As a result of this transaction Aura has become the sole shareholder of Borborema Inc., controlling 100% of its shares, and the sole owner of the Borborema gold project in Rio Grande do Norte State, Brazil.
