On February 1, 2024, ABB Inc., a technology leader in electrification and automation headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland, completed its previously announced acquisition of Real Tech Inc., a leading supplier of innovative optical sensor technology that enables real-time water monitoring and testing, based in Whitby, Ontario.
