18 July 2019

Gowling WLG partner Anita Nador has been named one of the top 300 intellectual property strategists in the world in the 2019 edition of IAM Strategy 300 - The World's Leading IP Strategists.

Based in Gowling WLG's Toronto office, Nador is a lawyer and registered patent agent in Canada and the United States, and a registered Canadian trademark agent. She assists clients in developing and securing IP protection, which includes support on a wide range of transactions, such as licensing, distribution and clinical trials, as well as leading IP/regulatory due diligence on corporate deals.

Nador's practice draws on her expertise in IP and regulatory law (including pricing/reimbursement, advertising compliance and privacy) plus business and transactional matters. These skills position her perfectly to assist her clients in meeting their business objectives.

Along with IAM Strategy 300, Nador has been recognized by other important legal publications, including the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory, Best Lawyers in Canada and Who's Who Legal. She was also a recipient of the 2016 Client Choice Awards.

IAM Strategy 300 is an annual guide that identifies individuals leading the way in the development and implementation of strategies that maximize the value of IP portfolios. The guide is based on feedback from individuals outside the nominee's organization, as well as additional research and an extensive vetting process.
