Jevaughn Johnson is an associate in the Business Law Group of Gowling WLG's Toronto office. His practice focuses on securities and corporate law, with an emphasis on corporate finance, capital markets, and mergers & acquisitions.

Jevaughn assists clients across a range of industries and on a variety of transactions, including public and private securities offerings, going-public transactions, and continuous disclosure obligations.

Prior to joining Gowling WLG, Jevaughn worked at two major auditing and advisory firms in Texas, as well as at a private equity firm in Toronto. At the latter, he operated in various capacities and gained valuable exposure to advisory, wealth management, and capital markets.
