Gowling WLG advises Mercia Technologies plc on £11 million acquisition of Enterprise Ventures Group Limited

A March 2016 instruction saw several of Gowling WLG's teams collaborate to assist client Mercia Technologies plc (Mercia) on its acquisition of Enterprise Ventures, a leading provider of early stage and growth finance.

Corporate partner Kristian Rogers led on the deal with support from senior associate Mark Rowan and associate Laura Le Marechal in the Corporate team and partner Jon Lent and principal associate Gurinder Mann in the Banking team. Members of the Real Estate, Tax, Employment, Pensions and Health and Safety teams also contributed to provide Mercia with the best possible service.
