James Barnett

Jamie is a member of the firm's specialist pensions disputes team. Jamie focuses on resolving issues to avoid disputes. He assists employers and trustees to resolve issues relating to occupational pension schemes, including rectification, release of surplus, forfeiture, equalisation and related professional negligence claims.

He also advises on responses to member complaints under schemes' internal dispute resolution procedures and to the Pensions Ombudsman.
