Bio

Robert advises in relation to all aspects of real estate work, with a particular emphasis on investment acquisitions and disposals. He has worked throughout his career for institutional investors, most notably Columbia Threadneedle and Nuveen Real Estate, on all aspects of their property portfolios including acquisition, disposal, letting and development projects.

Clients

Robert's clients include Columbia Threadneedle, Nuveen Real Estate, Janus Henderson Global Investors, Primary Health Properties, CBREGI and Stamford Land Corporation.

Experience

Among Robert's recent highlights are the acquisition of 8 Finsbury Circus for Stamford Land Corporation for £260 million within a five-day timetable, and the acquisition, redevelopment, letting and disposal of a number of city offices for the Threadneedle Low Carbon Workplace Fund.
He has also acted on the acquisition, development and letting of a mixed-use scheme of residential and leisure property at Riverside in Bedford for the Janus Henderson UK Property PAIF.
Robert has also worked on the acquisition of the entire Old Mutual Fund portfolio of properties by the Henderson UK Property PAIF.
