HACO Group completes cross-border acquisition of Altius Spices and Seasonings

On Jan. 15, 2019, HACO Group, an international manufacturer and distributor of food products based in Switzerland, acquired Altius Spices and Seasonings Inc. of Montréal, Quebec. The value of the acquisition was not disclosed.
