Paris Banking & Finance team advises Caisse d'Épargne Grand Est Europe on revolving loan grant to Exel Industries

Our Banking & Finance team in Paris has advised Caisse d'Epargne Grand Est Europe on a 12 million euro revolving credit agreement to listed international family group and leader in agricultural and industrial spraying Exel Industries to support its CSR objectives.
The contract stipulates an interest rate whose margin varies depending on whether predetermined CSR criteria is met. This criteria includes the reduction in the quantity of plant protection products sprayed thanks to Omega technology.
Caisse d'Epargne Grand Est Europe (Nicolas Lahaye, Gleb Vorobyev, Nicolas Dalu and Catherine Stock) acted as agent, CSR coordinator and initial lender.
