Gowling WLG advises Enova on C$250 million private placement of senior unsecured debentures

On January 21, 2026, Enova Power Corp. announced that it had closed its inaugural private placement of C$250 million aggregate principal amount of 3.596% senior unsecured debentures, Series 2026-1 due January 21, 2031.
The debentures were offered in each of the provinces of Canada on a private placement basis by BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc. as sole bookrunner and sole lead arranger
