Anne Nolde

Anne Nolde advises clients on all aspects of labour/employment law and company pension benefits. She regularly represents companies in all matters of individual and collective employment law, especially negotiations with works councils to conciliation board proceedings and labour court litigation.

Despite that she gives general HR advice and supports employers during entire "life cycle" of their employees, from drafting the employment contract to problems during the employment relationship (e.g. relocation) through to termination of employment.

Prior to joining Gowling WLG in 2024, Anne worked for major German law firms.
