Bio
Booker Zhang is an articling student in Gowling WLG’s Ottawa office.
Booker received his J.D. from the University of Manitoba. During his studies, Booker was a contributing team member to the Banking and Finance Law Review and volunteered with IP Osgoode as an IPilogue Writer/Content Manager. He also served as the Vice President of the IP & Technology Law Group. In his final year of law school, Booker participated in the L. Kerry Vickar Business Law Clinic and helped launch the Sports and the Law in Canada.
Born and raised in China, Booker earned a B.Sc. in Software Engineering from South China University of Technology. After moving to Canada, he studied Agribusiness and gained valuable work experience in the hospitality industry.
Outside of the office, Booker enjoys cooking, gaming, travelling, and escape rooms.
