• advised the senior investors on the restructuring of a senior and mezzanine secured promissory note loan for the project development of a new city district;
• advised a UK bank on the restructuring of its German real estate portfolio;
• advised a bidder on the acquisition of a real estate backed NPL portfolio across Europe;
• advised German and Austrian banks on the origination, refinancing and restructuring of multiple senior secured financings of office and retail portfolios, shopping centres and development financings;
• advised UK, German and Swiss debt funds on the origination, refinancing and restructuring of whole loan and mezzanine financings of logistic, office and residential real estate in Germany;
• advised a German asset manager as borrower on several cross-border financings of real estate across Europe;
• advised a leading provider of waste management and recycling services in the UK as borrower backed by a private equity investor on the acquisition financing of a leading German global provider of technology-enabled reverse solutions which involved 10 jurisdictions;
• advised private equity investors on several bridge financings;
• advised a German start-up company as borrower in a venture debt financing with a Canadian bank;
• advised an Austrian chemical group as issuer of a promissory note loan.
