Gigg Express Inc., in which she secured an enhanced reasonable notice entitlement and unpaid overtime for a young, short-term employee. Carson’s insights and experience have led to appearances as a legal expert on CP24 and CTV News, where she shared her views on current issues in the workplace.
Outside of her practice, Carson is passionate about giving back and regularly volunteers with Pro Bono Ontario's Free Legal Advice Hotline.
