• Advised Perwyn Advisors UK Limited on a number of strategic investments, including in relation to Crosta Mollica, Kinvet, Iamproperty and OUTCO, a market-leading provider of compliance-led outdoor estate management and maintenance services. (August 2025)
• Advised US-headquartered RefrigiWear LLC ("RefrigiWear") - a portfolio company of Sentinel Capital Partners - on a number of acquisitions, including UK headquarterd FlexiTog UK and one of Europe's largest suppliers of insulated workwear, Fortdress Group GmbH, and its Dutch subsidiary, Cold Tex B.V.. (June 2025)
• Gowling WLG has been the lead provider of legal services to Hill & Smith Holdings Plc and its wider group for some 20 years. Chris Towle has acted in relation to numerous acquisitions and disposals for the group over that period and acts as overall client partner for Hill & Smith.
• Advised national real estate consultancy Naismiths on its merger with construction and property consultancy Edmond Shipway – a strategic partnership that is tipped to create a property 'powerhouse' by combining the capabilities of both entities. (June 2024)
• Advised leading provider of fresh prepared food, Bakkavor Foods Limited, on its acquisition of Moorish Ltd. (May 2024)
• Advised the shareholders of LDC portfolio company Evolution Funding Group Limited in relation to its acquisition by European technology fund Carlyle Europe Technology Partners, with the continued support of existing investor LDC and Evolution's founders. (July 2023)
• Advised De Kuyper Royal Distillers on its acquisition of Archers Peach Schnapps from alcoholic beverage company Diageo. (October 2022)

• Gowling WLG acts for Cummins across most practice areas and in a variety of jurisdictions, including being responsible for the delivery of their Europe wide real estate needs. Chris Towle has acted for Cummins on corporate matters for nearly 20 years and has been overall client partner for the last ten years, continuing to coordinate various workstreams and collaborative projects on an almost daily basis.
• Acting as lead counsel for Metka EGN in connection with its cross-border sale of seven related SPVs whose various Bulgarian and Romanian solar farms will be used to power thousands of homes per year.
• Advising GreenPoint Partners on the corporate aspects of its indirect real estate acquisition of an 18 entity group (with a mixture of Luxembourg and UK domiciliation).
• Advised one of the UK's largest independent owners and operators of care homes, as their primary corporate legal adviser – providing a broad range of full service support ranging from individual corporate and/or real estate acquisitions and disposals, major portfolio disposal processes, joint ventures, major corporate restructurings to simplify the client's overall group of companies (involving circa 50 entities and in excess of 2,000 restructuring documents), corporate finance advice and general day to day assistance and corporate governance.
• Advised a US real estate investment fund on the acquisition and disposal of numerous office and industrial property-holding entities (primarily Jersey SPVs and JPUTs).
