David Turner

David Turner is a Principal Associate with over 20 years' post qualification experience of advising clients in the construction industry, specialising in dispute resolution and advisory work. He acts on behalf of employers, contractors, sub-contractors and other industry professionals in connection with all types of proceedings including litigation in the TCC, arbitration and adjudication, and also mediation and other forms of ADR. David's experience includes advising on issues and disputes arising from NEC, JCT and ICE forms of contract as well as bespoke documentation.

David advises on issues and disputes arising from building, mechanical and electrical, infrastructure, energy, education and health projects.

David has successfully acted for employers and main contractors in numerous disputes over interim applications and final accounts, including disputes over defects, the value of varied works, delay and disruption, claims for extensions of time and associated loss and expense.
