Emma has experience advising on a broad range of commercial property transactions in a broad range of sectors, most recently acting for corporate occupier clients in the energy sector, including site acquisition and investigation for energy and infrastructure projects, with a particular focus on battery energy storage system (BESS) and solar sites.
