As Director of Student and Associate Programs for Gowling WLG’s Vancouver office, Harman is responsible for the summer, articling and associate programs in the Vancouver office, including recruitment, professional development, performance management, mentorship and review process. Harman is also the Co-Chair of Vancouver’s Momentum Committee whose mandate is to develop, implement and advance a part of the Firm’s diversity, inclusion and equity strategy.
Harman is an experienced corporate lawyer who started her legal career at Gowling WLG. Having been a summer student, articling student and associate at Gowling WLG, Harman personally understands what is required to create and sustain an environment for students and associates to thrive.
Harman completed her law degree at Thompson Rivers University and obtained a B.A. in Sociology from the University of British Columbia.
