Jana Schneider

Jana Schneider is a senior associate in the real estate practice group of Gowling WLG's Frankfurt office.

Jana advises national and international clients on all aspects of real estate commercial law with focus on real estate transactions (both asset and share deals). She has several years of experience in the field of conducting due diligences in the course of real estate acquisitions. She also advises clients on their asset management of properties, lease agreements, development and maintenance or outsourcing of services including legal enforcement of claims. She has experiences in the field of W&I transactions advising on behalf of insurance companies / underwriters.
