Jay Lu

Jay Lu is an associate in Gowling WLG’s Ottawa office, practicing in the Business Law Department.

Jay’s practice focuses on corporate commercial law, with an emphasis on commercial contracts, including licensing, distribution, and collaboration agreements. She also has experience in aviation law, technology contracting, and gaming law.

Jay obtained her JD/BCL from McGill University’s Faculty of Law. While in law school, she gained valuable in-house experience working in the legal departments of a Crown corporation and an airline company, with a focus on regulatory compliance.
