Jemima Banks is a Paralegal in our real estate group. Jemima joined the firm in 2021 and completed her Paralegal Apprenticeship in 2024. Jemima is part of our specialist affordable housing team and supports the team's work on a variety of real estate matters, primarily focused on the delivery of affordable housing for registered provider clients. This includes land acquisitions, disposals, turnkey and golden brick deals, plot sales and intragroup transfers.
Jemima is an active member of Enable, Gowling WLG's disability network. Jemima and her assistance dog, Albert, were the instigators for the firm's Assistance Dog Policy and contributed to the firm's ESG Report. Jemima is keen to promote disability inclusion in workplaces and supported the launch of ITN's disability network.
Jemima's clients include Sanctuary Group and Legal & General Affordable Homes.
