Acting for a tier 1 contractor in a dispute concerning multiple defects and delay claims for a landmark hospital project. The dispute settled two weeks before Trial.
Acting for a national engineering contractor in a claim concerning a Target Cost contract for hybrid works at an Oil Refinery. Successfully defended an adjudication on jurisdiction grounds and then at Arbitration. Claim value of £22 million.
Acting for a UK based solar farm in a claim against a Spanish engineering company in relation to defective panels at a farm based in the west country.
Acted for a UK based engineering company in an arbitration in a $25 million Arbitration concerning an energy from waste project.
Acting for a rail network in a multi million pound claim against a contractor following a landslide onto the tracks. Settled at mediation.
Acting for a well known retailer in a defective roof claim at its prestigious headquarters.
Acting for a household name developer advising in relation to numerous adjudications concerning delay and loss and expense post-COVID-19.
Acting for a well-known hotel brand in its claims against contractors relating to defective cladding.
Acting for a local authority in its claim against a contractor for various fire related defects at a prestigious multi-use development.
