Jessica Ward

Jessica Ward is an associate in Gowling WLG’s Ottawa office, practising in the Business Law Group. Her practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions and equity finance transactions.

Jessica works on domestic and cross-border transactions with mid-market organizations across a wide range of industries. She also provides services to startup and tech companies and their investors, and advises on capital raising, corporate governance, and business matters.
