Kiran Gosal

Kiran is a Birmingham-based Principal Associate who works across all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law.

Kiran deals with a wide range of employment issues on a daily basis, providing strategic advice and working with clients to help them resolve their employment issues.

Her recent experience includes advising on settlement agreements, employment contracts and employee handbook policies, defending employment tribunal claims and advising on the employment aspects of corporate transactions, data subject access requests and employee investigations.
