Liam Gahan

Liam Gahan is an associate in the Vancouver office. Liam continues to develop his practice across a variety of capital markets transactions, including public and private financings, and corporate governance and securities regulatory matters, including exchange compliance and disclosure obligations.

At the University of Victoria, where he obtained his JD, Liam received the course prize in Securities Regulation and achieved the highest mark in Taxation Law, reflecting both his academic excellence and enthusiasm for business law.

Prior to law school, Liam earned a bachelor of commerce with a concentration in accounting and computer science from the University of Calgary. Liam joined Gowling WLG's Vancouver office as a summer student in 2024 and completed his articles with the firm.
