Natalia Castro

Natalia Castro is an associate in Gowling WLG's Toronto office and a member of the firm's Business Law Department. She practises corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations and corporate finance.

After spending her summer and articling terms with the firm, Natalia became an associate in 2023. She pursued her legal education in Canada, Ireland and Colombia, giving her a well-rounded understanding of law from different perspectives.

Prior to joining Gowling WLG, Natalia gained valuable experience in corporate and commercial law working at multiple law firms in Colombia, where she participated in both domestic and cross-border transactions.

Natalia is an associate editor of the Canadian Bar Association's Canadian International Lawyer Journal.
