Bio

Sandra Carr is a National Business Law precedents lawyer in Gowling WLG's Montréal office. She works with the members of the National Business Law precedents team to develop annotated model precedents for use by professionals in the National Business Law Practice Group.

Before joining the firm, Sandra was a partner at a prominent Montréal-based national law firm, and practised in the area of mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions.
