Gowling WLG advises Neptune Dash Technologies on reverse takeover, convertible debenture private placement and TSXV listing

On January 17, 2018, Crossroad Ventures Inc. and Neptune Dash Nodes Corp. amalgamated to form Neptune Dash Technologies Corp. The value of the transaction was approximately CDN$40-million.
Following completion of the amalgamation, Neptune Dash Technologies closed on a CDN$21-million private placement financing.
On January 22, 2018, Neptune Dash Technologies commenced trading on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) under the symbol "DASH".
Neptune Dash Technologies builds and operates Dash masternodes and invests in Dash blockchain related technologies.
