On July 17, 2018, IDEXX, a global leader in veterinary diagnostics and practice software, announced that it had acquired Smart Flow.
Smart Flow is the premier cloud solution that transforms how veterinary teams manage patient care delivery in a practice, improving veterinary clinical staff efficiency and patient care management.
Gowling WLG advised the vendor in this transaction with a team that included Sean Gomes, Duncan Snyder and Adam Carlin (M&A) and Paul Carenza (tax).
