On April 17, 2020, GNI Management Group Inc. (o/a Great Northern Insulation) headquartered in Woodstock, Ontario, acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares in the capital stock of 1784600 Ontario Inc. (o/a Niagara Commercial Coatings & Insulation), located in Niagara Falls, Ontario, and certain assets from a related entity.
