On April 12, 2022, Beyond Minerals Inc. (CSE: BY) completed its initial public offering of common shares for gross proceeds of $450,000. Haywood Securities Inc. acted as agent for the IPO. The common shares of Beyond Minerals subsequently began trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange.

Beyond Minerals is engaged in the business of mineral exploration and the acquisition of mineral property assets in Canada, with a focus on exploring mining claims covering a total area of approximately 1,385 hectares located northwest of the City of Rouyn-Noranda, in the province of Quebec.
