On June 1, 2023, 360 Energy Liability Management ("360 ELM") announced that it acquired Astute Environmental & Regulatory ("Astute").

360 ELM is a purpose and mission driven company with a team of 140+ engineering, environmental and regulatory specialists, with a focus on environmental site closure and oil and gas liability management. 360 ELM has offices and employees in British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan. Astute provides cost-effective environmental and regulatory consulting for the energy industry, commercial, and municipal clients in Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan.
