Gowling WLG has advised QCP Quantum Capital Partners on the financing of the acquisition of Marley Deutschland GmbH.

Marley Deutschland GmbH, based in Wunstorf, Germany was acquired from Aliaxis, a global leader in fluid and energy management systems headquartered in Belgium. Marley is the German market leader in the DIY segment for PVC roof, soil and waste drainage systems. Following the carve-out from its corporate structure, the company is now well positioned to unlock its full potential and further strengthen its leading position in the German DIY market. QCP will further support the operational transformation of Marley's core processes to market-leading standards.
