Consistently recognized by Chambers Canada, Lexpert, and Legal 500, Pascal advises clients across the full lifecycle of corporate growth, including mergers and acquisitions, private placements, public offerings, venture capital, fund formation, plans of arrangement, and governance. Known for his collaborative style and ability to anticipate challenges before they arise, he works closely with management teams, boards and investors across a range of sectors, delivering clear, actionable advice in fast-moving and often highly nuanced environments.

He practices in both English and French.
