Abi Birchall

Abi is a senior associate in the Commercial, Development and Investment department at Gowling WLG and has developed wide-ranging legal experience having trained in planning, property litigation, commercial real estate and corporate teams.

Abi has over two years' experience in the Real Estate sector and advises a variety of UK and US based clients, including property developers, institutional property funds, landlords and tenants on all aspects of real estate including sales and acquisitions, leasing and asset management, mixed use developments and refinancing.

Her experience of dealing and supporting on a broad range of investment and development assets ensures that transactions are completed efficiently with her client's commercial goals and needs at the forefront of every deal.
