Anna Plenderleith

Anna is a London-based associate in the Corporate team. With experience on both private and public mergers and acquisitions, Anna has a particular focus on public companies and capital markets work, including secondary fundraises and IPOs.

Before joining Gowling WLG, Anna worked in the in-house legal team of a major vehicle manufacturer at their European Technical Centre.
