Annie has experience assisting clients across a broad range of commercial and property disputes. During her time in the litigation teams, she prepared for and attended a variety of hearings and applications, including injunctions, security for costs, strike out applications, summary judgment, and applications to set aside default judgment. She also had the opportunity to attend a mediation.

Within the real estate sector, she specialises in the living sector, where she has authored articles on topics including regional disparities in the UK residential property market. She has also attended key industry events such as the BISNOW: Built to Rent Annual Conference and the London Real Estate Outlook Conference 2025.
